The Power of Video Marketing
Video marketing is surprisingly not utilised by a large proportion of business owners which is really a surprise, because YouTube alone receives over 100 millions views each day, so even if you were to tap into a teeny tiny portion of these views, you have the potential to reach thousands of people every day!
Not only that, but video sharing sites such as YouTube rank very well in the search engines, increasing your potential prospects dramatically!
Posting a free video on YouTube allows you to take advantage of the site’s sheer size to boost your own website profile to draw in new prospects.

What is the benefit of an RSS Network Build?
Once we have set up an RSS network for you, when you post on your blog, to an article directory or a social bookmarking site, the RSS network will automatically create back links from high page rank sites to your blog or article with keyword rich anchor text - all within minutes.
What’s great about this is that Google will love you and then reward you with page rank points, and in many cases you will dominate page one in Google, just by using this simple technique.
The downside of this strategy is that the search terms you rank for cannot be very competitive. However, in conjunction with other services, the RSS network is a fantastic basis to ongoing SEO for even hard-to-rank for keywords.
What’s best of all about this is that this happens forever…on autopilot! This can be a lot of work, and the end result commonly looks something like this:

Keep Your Clients and Prospects Informed
Whether you have clients, prospects or both, it is vitally important that you communicate with them regularly if you want them to either buy from you in the first place, or become a repeat buyer.
Here’s why I say this: Let’s say that the first time they come across your business they’re interested in your product or service, but aren’t yet prepared to or they’re not in a position to purchase your products or services. That’s ok – as long as they have subscribed to your blog or your newsletter.
By subscribing to your blog, your prospect will receive updates whenever you post to your blog, so when you have some news about your business or products and services that might interest your prospects and existing clients, post about it!
On the other hand, you can set up an email marketing campaign that literally runs itself. You set it up in advance, and your subscribed clients and prospects are automatically sent a series of emails over a set period of time. You’re also able to send out the occasional broadcast if for example you have a special going.
Ok, so how does this turn them into a potential buyer?
For starters, your regular blog posts or emails means that you will regularly be on their mind. So while they weren’t prepared or able to buy from you a few months ago, their situation may have changed and your email or blog post means that you’re the first person they think of.
Keeping in regular contact also helps to build a relationship with your prospects. They get to "know" you through your emails and blog posts, and this brings with it a sense of trust in what you are saying.

What does your ideal client look like?
I attended a workshop yesterday that covered the topic of attracting your ideal client.
Many people in business do not actually consider who their ideal client is – they’re just happy to have clients! But what if you were to specifically identify who your ideal client was, then set about marketing in a way that attracted that "type" of client?
Would that make a difference in your business?
Imagine getting inside their head and thinking how they think. What would they type into the search engines when looking for your products or services?
If you can do that and have implemented appropriate marketing strategies to allow you to move up in the search engine rankings, then your profits will begin to grow.

What are Your Business Goals?
I know a saying that is a favourite of a friend of mine, and it is: "If you aim at nothing, you will have amazing accuracy".
This goes for both your personal and professional life, but today I’m talking about your business goals, which of course will probably spill over into your personal life, especially when there are financial and personal rewards.
Many people in business decide to go into business with the hope that it will be successful and make them a lot of money so they can live the "good life". The reality for most is that they’re spending almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on their business, and many don’t see much in the way of results.
Of all of these people, one thing they will have in common is that they have not set any specific business goals for themselves.
If you don’t have a goal, then how will you know where you’re going? I’m a HUGE advocate of goal setting, hence my post today. I have achieved some great things in my life, and these things all resulted from a compelling goal.
So how do you set yourself a business goal?
My usual piece of advice for my coaching clients (I’m a qualified Life Coach) is to start with the end in mind.
So what do you want for your business? How do you want it to look in ten years? What products or services will you be offering, how successful will it be, and how will this success affect you personally?
Now is the time to think BIG! Don’t worry if others might think you’re crazy for even setting a goal this big – this is for you and you alone. In fact, you don’t even have to show anybody what your goal is! Just as long as you know what it is, you’re on the right path.
Make sure your goal is specific and measurable so you can track your progress, and include a timeline – when do you want to achieve this by?
One thing to remember here is that you may find yourself in a year wondering if you’re on the right path, and that’s perfectly ok. Goals and their respective timelines should be reviewed regularly, so you can make the necessary adjustments to keep yourself on track.
Next, it is time to set out a plan. How do you plan to get there? Break your goal into tiny "chunks" or "mini goals". Put timelines on these too.
All you have to do now is write your goal and your mini goals down, then start taking action. Before long you will be looking back, knowing that you have built a successful business and a wonderful life for yourself!
So, what are your business goals? Post a comment and let us know!

The Benefits of Having an Online Business
Having an online business is something that may look complicated to anybody observing from the outside, but with some effort, a somewhat steep learning curve and a solid strategy to promote your products and services, you have the potential to make a LOT of money. Having an online business offers many benefits, as outlined below:
- You can work from home which means noooo commuting to work each day!
- You can work your own hours, which means you can spend the time doing what you really love.
- You can work from anywhere in the world where you can get an internet connection.
- There is a lot of potential to make a LOT of money.
- Your target market can be billions upon billions of people – your products and services can be sold to people all over the world.
- Establishing an online business and then seeing results offers a great sense of achievement.
Ok, these don’t even touch the surface when it comes to the number of benefits to be had from having your own online business, but as you can see, doing so offers you the potential to live a life of freedom and choice, which many of us fail to experience during our lifetime.
Millionaires have been made online and truly experience the benefits of doing things the right way with their business, and now have complete financial freedom.

If you do things right, you too can experience financial freedom at this level, and we can help you do that.
There’s no point having a profitable business if you have to work 22 hours a day to keep it running, right?
Get somebody else to do the marketing and design. You only need to concentrate on providing a quality product and excellent customer service, and your clients will keep coming back for more.

How Valuable is Your Time?
I was talking to my mentor a few weeks ago, complaining about how messy my house was, and also how I was too busy to clean (yeah I know, good excuse!). We discussed me hiring a cleaner to come and clean my house once a week. Now this is something I would not even have considered several years ago. Cleaners are expensive!
But let’s look at it this way….
Let’s just say that when I am working on my business I make around $60 per hour and what I earn is a direct reflection of my efforts (no passive income). If it was going to take me two hours to clean the house, then I would lose $120 of income ($60 per hour x 2). If I spent those two hours working, I’d make $120 for the same amount of time, right?
Ok, now what if I were to hire a cleaner to come and clean my house for me?
I don’t know where you live, but I can tell you now that I do not personally know of any cleaners anywhere who make $60 per hour – if there are, then I congratulate them for standing out amongst the rest. But for the majority, even $50 per hour is a big ask.
But let’s assume I were to hire a cleaner at $50 per hour. To clean my house, this would cost me $100 for two hours, right?
This means I’m out of pocket $100, but I actually made $120 because I worked for those two hours, so I’m actually $20 in front!
Can you see the difference? Ok, I’ve not kept my entire $120, but I did keep some. If I’d decided to clean my house myself, then I would not have made a cent during that time, so the obvious choice here (assuming I can’t bribe my husband/children/neighbour to do it for me) is to hire somebody to come and do it for me, so I can concentrate on making money in my business.
While many people may not like the idea of handing over their hard-earned money to an outsourcer, consider what you hope to gain from the transaction. By freeing up this extra time, you can either work on other aspects of building your business, or you can take some time out to relax – if you’re a business owner, you deserve it!
Look at those who inspire you in a business sense, and notice that they do not carry the entire workload of the business – they’re too smart for that!
I recently learned how wonderful it was to outsource some of my work to somebody else and I will continue to outsource becuase the benfits of doing so are huge!
Unless you’ve got an internet marketing degree (is there such a thing?), then you will find yourself stuck spending hours in front of your computer finding ways to drive traffic to your website. Why do this when you can pay somebody else to do this hard work for you?
We have on offer a huge range of Marketing and Design services to help any business owner who wants to free up some time so they can concentrate on making more money, so please feel free to check them out at our Services page and Contact us if you have any questions.
Blog Commenting – How does it work?
Blog commenting is an effective way (in fact one of the most effective ways!) to drive targeted backlinks from within your chosen niche.
This involves finding blogs within your chosen niche, and commenting on specific posts. When posting comments on these blogs, you’re able to enter your name and website address, which is then published on that particular website.
When blog commenting, it is important that you identify blogs that allow "follow" as opposed to "no follow" links in comments. This is because you want all links to point back to your website. The more links pointing to your website, the more popular your site will become!
Blog commenting is great, but of course it does take time to do.
This is a relatively inexpensive process to pay somebody else to do though, and of course that is just another of the services we have on offer. So please feel free to Contact us or check out our Services page for more information.
The Benefits of Building an RSS Network
RSS feeds are linked to almost everything online such as blogs, wordpress tags, categories, authors and even blog comments.
They’re also linked to article directories, author pages, video sites, and social bookmarking sites and so much more. What’s great about these feeds is that they can be used to spread your message all over the web – automatically!
If set up correctly, when some activity happens on just one website, the content from this activity is sent out to dozens upon dozens of other sites. So if you were to post some content on your blog, bookmark a page or even upload a new video or submit an article to an article directory for example, this entry will be sent automatically to dozens of other websites with keywords forming part of the anchor text, which of course means you’re getting plenty of keyword rich backlinks!
What this does is drive targeted buyers to your website with very little effort from you, and the more backlinks that point to your website, the better your search engine rankings. Of course this means you will have more people coming to your website and therefore more potential sales!
What is also great about this marketing strategy is that you only need to create a blog post, submit an article to an article directory or post a link to a social bookmarking site and the RSS network will automatically create backlinks from high page ranked sites to your blog or article. These of course link back to your site and this all happens within minutes.
This strategy is so effective that you can sometimes achieve multiple listings (and even dominate!) on page one of the major search engines – all from posting just one link, blog post or article! The downside of this strategy is that it is not as effective with highly competitive keywords. In many cases, webmasters have paid tens of thousands of dollars (if not more!) on getting their websites ranked on page one for the most competitive keywords in order to maintain their position.
This isn’t all bad news though, because by combining your RSS network (which we can set up for you) with other marketing services, you at least have a good foundation on which to start from. The Power of Leverage
“I would rather have 1% from the efforts of 100 men, than 100% from my own efforts.”
J. Paul Getty
Multi-Billionaire Philanthropist
This saying is probably one of the most profound sayings of all time, and specifically relates to the power of leverage.
Entrepreneurs and billionaires all over the world have discovered one of the secrets to making it big because leveraging the efforts of other people is how the real money is made. You only have to observe what these people do each day to realise that they do very little of the actually day to day running of their business – they give this work to other people who are probably far better at it than they are, and while the person they’re paying makes a little bit of money from doing this work, the truly successful get to keep most for themselves.
It has often been said that in order to achieve success you must model your behaviour on somebody successful whom you admire.
Find somebody in your industry who is doing what you are trying to achieve. Are they doing all of the work themselves or are they outsourcing some of it?
If they are truly successful, you will very quickly realise that most of what gets done in their business is being done by somebody who is paid a lot less money for their time!
Imagine what a difference it would make to your business success if you were able to hire 100 people to each do 1% of your work? How would this affect your freedom to do what you choose?
Ok, if you’re just starting out then it’s not practical to outsource absolutely everything you do at this point, but as you can see, as you gradually begin to pay others for their time (which is less valuable than yours), you will also begin to see some significant growth in your business.
If your marketing activities are taking up most of your time, then you might want to consider some of the Marketing and Design services we have on offer so you’re finally free to concentrate on the other important aspects of your business.
